Refund policy

We have no returns or refund on factory orders, on hair extensions that have been worn, used, damaged, or removed from bindings. No returns on custom wigs.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges can be made by returning the item in the condition received in the same condition when left our inventory and deemed to be beyond naturally flawed.

Hair extension flaws that are not eligible for exchange include shedding and tangling within reason to be corrected.

Because this is a human hair product, any human hair related issues can be solved and shedding is an element of wearing hair extensions.

If you decide to not take the solution and apply it to the human hair product, we are not responsible for the lack of human hair extension hair care needed to successfully experience the full result of this hair product.

If your return/exchange is accepted, you will need to return the item to our store front location via in person or shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No exchanges without first receiving original products first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We do not do refunds. Once you leave the store or check out online your only option is exchange.

If you ever receive a refund you will be banned for life from shopping with Blonc Virgin Hair Extensions.

You will sign a contract saying you want a refund because you are not purchasing our products in good faith.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 90 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
